Question 1

Who is the wholesale fulfillment path for?

Accepted Answer

The public wholesale fulfillment path is for independent bookstores and publishing partners. A bookstore account is a separate qualification path: use the bookstore account application to share your shop and ordering context.

Question 2

How is bookstore eligibility verified?

Accepted Answer

Apply with your bookstore name, contact name, email, and any optional website or ordering notes. Inkparcel reviews that context and follows up. The ordering flow checks approved bookstore access again; pending, rejected, or unmatched accounts cannot place an order.

Question 3

Is there a minimum quantity for a multi-copy request?

Accepted Answer

There is no blanket minimum quantity published on this page. Share the title, edition, quantity you are considering, and destination so Inkparcel can clarify the fit and the appropriate next step.

Question 4

Which formats can Inkparcel help us discuss?

Accepted Answer

Hardback, paperback, and ebook availability is confirmed title by title. Share the title and edition you are considering so the format fit can be clarified before the next fulfillment step.

Question 5

How are wholesale pricing and payment handled?

Accepted Answer

There is no fixed public wholesale price in this FAQ. Pricing or quote discussion depends on the title, edition, quantity, and destination, so use the fulfillment inquiry or approved ordering context for the specifics. The public path does not offer checkout or payment processing.

Question 6

What should I expect for shipping?

Accepted Answer

The public site does not publish a shipping timeline or delivery promise. Include the destination with your title, edition, and quantity so shipping expectations can be clarified for the request rather than assumed.

Question 7

What is the process for a signed-hardback request?

Accepted Answer

Include the signed-hardback request in the public fulfillment inquiry. Inkparcel will capture the context and clarify the appropriate next step through the public support path; a signed edition is not guaranteed until the request is confirmed.
